Qualifications

• 3+ years of skilled maintenance experience.
• Experience using work order, fire and life safety, alarm systems, or building control systems.
• Basic proficiency with desktop and mobile software.

Responsibilities

• Perform general property maintenance and coordinate repairs.
• Inspect properties for grounds, safety, cleanliness, and condition.
• Coordinate walkthroughs for move-ins/move-outs and annual inspections.
• Monitor vendor work and report safety concerns promptly.
• Support the Customer Experience Team and promote Prologis value-added services.
