Job summary

Prologis, based in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania, seeks a Real Estate & Customer Experience Property Manager to support ~12 million sq ft of industrial buildings. You will manage customer relationships, coordinate lease activities, and drive service improvements within a team of ~17 colleagues, partnering with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Valid PA Real Estate sales license or ability to obtain within six months.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple properties.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for variance reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to build professional relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work extended hours and be on call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships; communicate lease terms and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Build long-term relationships across assigned portfolio and anticipate needs.
• Identify revenue opportunities by aligning value-added services with customer needs.
• Use Salesforce and CRM tools to gather data and develop insights.
• Analyze and administer leases to ensure accurate execution of obligations.
• Negotiate and manage bid service agreements; support property operations.
• Oversee portfolio financial reporting and variance analysis.
