Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial/commercial real estate.
• Colorado Real Estate license or ability to obtain within six months.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple properties.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by providing clear communication of terms and responsibilities.
• Oversee move-in/move-out processes, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
• Anticipate customer needs to provide proactive solutions.
• Identify revenue opportunities by understanding Prologis value-added services.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers.
• Use Salesforce to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights.
• Proficient lease analysis and lease administration.
• Negotiate and manage service agreements to keep properties safe and well-maintained.
• Provide financial reporting to ensure portfolio budget goals are met.
