Responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and overseeing TI or capital improvement projects. The role requires strong leadership and communication with owners and tenants to maintain outstanding results.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of commercial property management experience.
• Three years of direct supervision of property managers and teams.
• Strong budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting skills.
• Familiarity with building systems, leases, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team and deliver outstanding client service.
