Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead an industrial property management team and portfolio. You will drive client satisfaction, manage budgets, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and experience in industrial property management with the ability to coordinate TI and capital improvement projects while maintaining excellent owner-tenant relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial property management experience
• 3+ years of directly managing property managers and teams
• Strong financial acumen for budgets and CAM reconciliations
• Experience with building systems, lease negotiation, and admin duties
• Texas Real Estate License preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the management team and deliver outstanding client service
• Oversee an industrial portfolio and drive client and tenant satisfaction
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and capital improvement project plans

What this job involves:

As the General Manager (GM), you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing an industrial portfolio. Youare responsible forall aspects ofclientand tenant satisfaction. Youwill alsobe responsible forpreparing budgets and financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff. You will be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) to both building owners and tenants to ensure an ongoing, successful relationship.

Requirements:

You are people focused, seeking out and understanding the needs, perspectives and motivations of clients and team members alike. Your ability to communicate well and manage client,tenantand vendor relationships will allow for seamless conflict resolution and client retention.

• Minimum of seven (7) years of commercial property management experience including recent experience managing office,retailorindustrial properties
• Minimum of three (3) years of directly managing property managers and other property team members

• Must have strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financialreports

• Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation,documentationand administration

• Texas Real Estate License ispreferred

• Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI isrequired
