Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is hiring a General Manager for Industrial Property Management in Pittsburgh. You will lead a portfolio of industrial properties, drive financial performance, and develop strategic plans with clients and tenants.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, relationship management, and a focus on budget delivery. You’ll oversee operations, reporting, and compliance while fostering team development and ensuring high tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related industry.
• Proven track record of managing operating budgets and achieving financial targets.
• Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and business development within the commercial real estate sector.
• Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid real estate license or ability to obtain within specified timeframe.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement annual operating budgets and capital plans; ensure timely monthly reporting.
• Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Conduct on-site property visits and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Ensure accurate tenant billings and AR follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Implement tenant satisfaction programs and meet regularly with tenants.
• Oversee competitive bidding for third-party services and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support team development and career progression.
