Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Dallas is seeking a General Manager to lead an industrial property management portfolio and a team of property managers. You will ensure client and tenant satisfaction while overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, TI and capital improvement projects, and staff development.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on financial acumen, and excellent communication with building owners and tenants to deliver strategic, collaborative solutions.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of commercial property management experience including recent experience managing office, retail or industrial properties.
• Three+ years of directly managing property managers and other property team members.
• Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and related financial reports.
• Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation and administration.
• Texas Real Estate License is preferred.
• Experience using a property management accounting platform such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team and excellent service to clients while managing an industrial portfolio.
• Ensure ongoing client and tenant satisfaction and manage relationships with building owners and tenants.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports, and oversee TI and capital improvement projects.
• Develop staff and cultivate strategic and collaborative solutions.
