Job summary

JLL is seeking a General Manager to lead our Industrial Property Management team in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. The GM will oversee an industrial portfolio, drive client and tenant satisfaction, and manage budgets and project work including TI and capital improvements.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of commercial property management experience.
• Minimum of three years of directly managing property managers and team members.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, CAM reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation and administration.
• Texas Real Estate License is preferred.
• Experience using property management software (Yardi, Kardin, MRI) is required.

What this job involves

As the General Manager (GM), you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing an industrial portfolio. You are responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction. You will also be responsible for preparing budgets and financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff. You will be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) to both building owners and tenants to ensure an ongoing, successful relationship.
