Job summary

JLL is seeking a Property Manager to lead an Industrial portfolio in Atlanta, overseeing operations, budgeting, and tenant relations on-site. This role emphasizes strong financial acumen and staff development to deliver excellent client service.

You will prepare budgets and financial reports, coordinate improvements, manage leases, and ensure regulatory compliance while building lasting tenant relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• Real estate license required within six (6) months of hire date.
• 3+ years of commercial property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant relations.
• 3+ years of experience in budget development, financial analysis, variance reporting and CAM reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in Yardi, MRI and Excel.

Responsibilities

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Oversee comprehensive property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to ensure optimal performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs promptly and proactively to enhance satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular site visits to portfolio properties
• Coordinate maintenance activities, capital improvements, and vendor management to maintain high property standards and operational efficiency
• Prepare detailed financial reports, budget forecasts, and market analyses to support strategic decision-making for property owners
• Manage lease administration processes including renewals, amendments, and tenant improvement coordination
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements while maintaining comprehensive documentation
• All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations
