Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Industrial/ Retail asset classes.
• Proven track record in budgeting, targets, and financial performance.
• Expert in client relationship management and CRE business development.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager, CRM, and MS Office.
• Familiar with SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and OneNote.
• Experience with CAM reconciliations and expense pools; analyze controllable vs non-controllable costs.
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
• Real estate license or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and capital plans.
• Analyze financial performance and present strategic recommendations.
• Manage portfolio of institutional clients, buildings, and tenants.
• Conduct on-site property visits and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Ensure accurate tenant billings and AR follow-up.
• Oversee competitive bidding and cost-saving initiatives for clients.
• Lead and mentor the property management team and support VP.
