Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related industry.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving financial targets.
• Experience in client relationship management and business development within the CRE sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning initiatives and drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Develop annual operating budgets and capital plans with monthly reporting.
• Analyze financial performance and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Oversee tenant relations and satisfaction programs.
• Manage third-party contracting processes and ensure compliance with JLL standards.
