Qualifications

• 1-2 years of office experience, preferably in CRE or property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants; respond to inquiries and coordinate resolutions.
• Support property management with data entry, document prep, and maintenance of property records.
• Process AP/AR, COIs, and code invoices; assist with vendor coordination.
• Help prepare monthly financial reports and property performance updates for management.
• Assist lease administration and tenant move-in processes; support tenant events and communications.
