Job summary

Excel Fluid Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects from planning through closure. You will serve as the main contact for clients and vendors, collaborating with engineering, administration, sales, and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with experience reading construction drawings and managing resources.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in project management, preferably within the industrial or engineering sectors.
• Proficiency in pump station design and fluid handling systems is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work with Adobe PDF tools (viewing, reviewing, commenting, combining files).
• Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.
• Project Execution: Lead project teams, coordinate activities, and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Resource Management: Assign responsibilities and ensure proper allocation of resources and skills.
• Budget Management: Track expenses and adhere to the budget.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication with stakeholders and provide updates.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Change Management: Handle scope changes with proper documentation and approvals.
• Project Closure: Conduct reviews and prepare closure reports to secure client satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and best practices.
