hth companies is seeking a Project Manager to review drawings, estimate costs, prepare proposals, and manage project performance through KPIs and dashboards. You will travel to sites, bid projects, coordinate materials and staffing, and ensure bids align with quotes and engineering drawings.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on safety and quality. You’ll work with clients, vendors, and internal teams in the Midwest.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years related project management experience or applicable education.
• PMI certifications (PMP, PgMP or CAPM) highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety principles and procedures.
• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews project drawings and specs, estimates costs, and prepares proposals.
• Develops and tracks KPIs, metrics, and dashboards for project performance.
• Creates charts and visual reports to communicate trends and insights.
• Prepares budgets and coordinates staffing and scheduling with customers.
• Travels to project sites and meets with clients and vendors.
• Bids projects and ensures bids align with engineering drawings and quotes.
• Manages risk assessments and mitigation recommendations.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Builds relationships with clients and suppliers; acts as liaison.
