Job summary

ReadyFlo Systems is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to supervise cross-functional project teams and ensure timely delivery of engineered solutions for oil, gas, and energy markets.

The role emphasizes coordinating internal resources, third-party vendors, and BOMs while tracking costs, scope, and schedules to meet customer expectations. Strong communication with engineering, procurement, and fabrication is essential.

Qualifications

• PM experience in production/manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Experience with engineered systems, fabrication, piping or instrumentation preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day project activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to support efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management, engineers, drafters, technical staff, contractors, customers, and vendors throughout project execution and completion.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical, shop, and field project issues.
• Perform material takeoffs, estimating, proposal development, and creation of Bills of Materials (BOMs), as needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding project status, schedules, deliverables, and project-related concerns.
• Monitor project costs and budgets and identify potential cost or schedule impacts.
• Identify, document, and communicate changes in project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Coordinate project activities across Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Assembly/Integration, and other departments as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Support the implementation of new technologies, processes, and solutions as project and customer needs evolve.
• Perform other duties as necessary to support company projects.
