Job summary

Flowserve US Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and ensure successful project outcomes using established practices and tools. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects per technical specs and terms.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive risk and change management while maintaining clear communication of milestones and status to clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in program/project management.
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills, including meeting and workshop facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own total project execution from initiation to completion, including safety and performance.
• Strengthen customer relationships and exceed performance expectations.
• Ensure a clean order before work and manage scope/cost via change management.
• Coordinate matrix report activities for each project.
• Manage spending expectations on assigned projects.
• Communicate milestones and escalation issues; own all reports.
