G3 Industries is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle in Wisconsin. You will coordinate scope, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with technical specifications.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

Purpose

An engineering project manager is responsible for team coordination, budget oversight, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications and deadlines throughout project’s lifecycle.

Principle Duties and Areas of Responsibility
  • Plan and manage all aspects of engineering projects from conceptualization to completion.
  • Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Manager project resources and liaise with Management Staff.
  • Track project performance and make necessary corrections.
  • Prepare and present reports on project progress.
  • Manage risks and resolve any project issues.
  • Travel, when necessary, is required for all applicable job-related activities and internal company functions within G3 Industries.
Project Sectors
  • Hydraulic fluid conveyance – combi lines, ac lines, brake lines, tubing
  • Tube end forming (flaring, swaging, parflanging)
Education
  • Proven work experience as an Engineering Project Manager
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Degree in Engineering or relevant field

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
