Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually
Purpose
An engineering project manager is responsible for team coordination, budget oversight, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications and deadlines throughout project’s lifecycle.
Principle Duties and Areas of Responsibility
- Plan and manage all aspects of engineering projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Manager project resources and liaise with Management Staff.
- Track project performance and make necessary corrections.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress.
- Manage risks and resolve any project issues.
- Travel, when necessary, is required for all applicable job-related activities and internal company functions within G3 Industries.
Project Sectors
- Hydraulic fluid conveyance – combi lines, ac lines, brake lines, tubing
- Tube end forming (flaring, swaging, parflanging)
Education
- Proven work experience as an Engineering Project Manager
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Degree in Engineering or relevant field

- Financial aptitude to manage project budgets, make cost-effective decisions, and provide accurate financial reports.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards to ensure projects comply with all relevant legal and safety requirements.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
