Job summary

Phillips Corporation in Portsmouth, NH is seeking an experienced Project Manager to bridge our on-site maintenance team with customer maintenance centers, owning the digital heartbeat of a large operation.

You will orchestrate scheduling of parts, manage maintenance windows, direct the on-site team, and coordinate a network of subcontractors while ensuring safety and compliance in complex government settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial project management with P&L and budgeting experience.
• Knowledge of US government procurement operations (FAR/GSAR) and regulations.
• Industrial maintenance experience, including machine tool knowledge.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Must be a US citizen due to customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site Phillips team and subcontractors to maintain operations.
• Schedule parts deliveries and maintenance windows to maximize uptime.
• Coordinate with outside experts and manufacturers for peak performance.
• Ensure safety standards and certifications before entry to controlled areas.
• Own the flow of information, service reports and electronic files across teams.
