Job summary

Phillips Corporation seeks an Industrial Project Manager to lead on-site maintenance operations at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and IMF in Hawaii. You will orchestrate preventive maintenance, calibrations, and rapid repair initiatives to ensure asset reliability and mission readiness.

You will bridge government coordination with hands-on discipline, coordinating with TPOC, COR, shops, technicians, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Requires strong scheduling, vendor coordination, documentation, and customer communication skills.
• Experience managing industrial maintenance, manufacturing, shipyard, defense, or Federal Government service contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, calibrations, and rapid repair initiatives.
• Coordinate with TPOC, COR, production shops, field technicians, and subcontractors to ensure seamless schedule integration (planning service windows 45+ days in advance).
• Implement the contract Quality Assurance Plan and ensure diagnostic reports and calibration records meet regulatory standards.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery, drive continuous improvement, and safeguard asset availability.
