Phillips Corporation seeks an Industrial Project Manager to lead on-site maintenance operations at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and IMF in Hawaii. You will oversee preventive maintenance, calibrations, and rapid repair initiatives, ensuring asset availability and regulatory compliance.

You will interface with TPOC, COR, shops, technicians, and subcontractors to align schedules, manage QA documentation, and drive continuous improvement in a national security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing industrial maintenance, manufacturing, shipyard, defense, or Federal Government contracts.
• Strong scheduling, vendor coordination, documentation, and customer communication skills.
• Familiar with CNC machinery, industrial plant equipment, preventive maintenance and calibration services.
• Ability to navigate government contracting dynamics and maintain compliance with QA plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and IMF.
• Plan service windows at least 45 days in advance and negotiate equipment downtime.
• Coordinate with TPOC, COR, production shops, field technicians, and subcontractors to ensure schedule integrity.
• Implement contract Quality Assurance Plan and maintain accurate diagnostic and calibration records.
