Job summary
Phillips Corporation is seeking an Onsite Machine Tool Maintenance Specialist to support Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, NH. The role focuses on inspecting, maintaining, and improving a wide range of machine tools and production equipment, from newer systems to legacy machines.
You will diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic systems, and provide guidance, training, and support to customers and teammates to raise maintenance standards and keep operations
Qualifications
- 8 years or more of machine tool and/or industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic systems.
- Relocation to Portsmouth, NH area will be required; Phillips provides relocation assistance.
- PLC and controls experience including reading, troubleshooting and editing ladder logic (Siemens Step 7, Allen-Bradley, Rockwell-Collins, Heidenhain).
- Military background or regulated environment experience is a plus.
- US citizenship is required by customer demand.

- Use digital tools to keep service reports accurate and up-to-date and document equipment readiness.
