Job summary

Phillips Corporation in the Portsmouth, NH area seeks an experienced Project Manager to bridge the on-site maintenance team with multiple customer centers, owning the flow of service reports and ensuring every file is captured accurately.

You will coordinate safety, machine uptime, scheduling, and a broad network of subcontractors, directing the Phillips team and external experts to keep equipment running at peak performance every day.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial project management with personnel management and budgeting experience.
• Knowledge of US government procurement operations, including FAR/GSAR regulations.
• Industrial maintenance experience, including machine tool experience.
• OSHA knowledge; OSHA 10/30 preferred, OSHA 500 trainer is a plus.
• US citizen required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between on-site maintenance and customer maintenance centers; own the flow of service reports and files.
• Coordinate safety, machine uptime, scheduling, and subcontractors; direct the Phillips team and external experts.
• Lead with integrity in a high-stakes environment; ensure compliance and timely delivery of parts and services.
