Phillips Corporation in Portsmouth, NH, seeks an Onsite Machine Tool Maintenance Specialist to inspect, maintain, and improve a range of machine tools and production equipment. You’ll focus on preventing problems and ensuring safe, reliable performance daily.

You’ll apply mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, PLC controls knowledge, and hands-on problem solving to support customers and teammates, driving equipment readiness and uptime.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of machine tool and industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with manual and CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders, saws, press brakes, metrology).
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and improve a wide range of machine tools and production equipment.
• Preventative maintenance to avoid failures and downtime.
• Provide expert guidance and training to customers and teammates.
• Report equipment readiness and performance improvements.
