Job summary

ITAC, an ESOP-company with a nationwide footprint and six offices, seeks a Project Manager to lead industrial projects from scope through startup. You will coordinate engineering and construction resources, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and drive success with proactive leadership and strong client engagement.

Ideal candidates have a BS degree from ABET-accredited programs and 3–5 years in industrial project roles, plus PMP/PE preference for senior positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET-accredited institution in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in engineering, construction, or project management roles within the industrial space.
• Multidiscipline project design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development efforts, including scope definition, cost estimating, and scheduling.
• Direct engineering, procurement, and construction teams during project execution to meet contractual commitments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring proper resource allocation and timely delivery.
• Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and negotiate change requests with clients.
• Ensure quality standards are met across all deliverables and services.
