Job summary

Catamount Constructors, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee contract clarity from kickoff, document progress, and manage buyouts with timely decisions. You will support the Superintendent to keep the master schedule and coordinate Owner, Architect, and Contractor meetings.

You will maintain open owner communications, prepare pay applications, and manage subcontractor invoices and changes. A GC background and Procore proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced math and reasoning abilities; strong negotiation skills.
• Experience with a general contractor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of the contract from project onset.
• Document project updates and maintain logs; manage changes as needed.
• Establish purchasing plans and make timely buyout decisions.
• Support the Superintendent to maintain project schedule and post monthly schedules.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners; respond to their needs promptly.
• Facilitate Owner, Architect, and Contractor meetings; prepare agendas and minutes.
• Submit owner pay applications accurately and on time.
• Communicate with subcontractors; review invoices and change orders; process changes.
