Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies in Phoenix seeks a Project Management Coordinator to support project managers with coordination, planning, and documentation across the full lifecycle. You will work with internal teams, vendors, customers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track and compliant while maintaining detailed records.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of coordination experience, familiarity with drafting tools, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination or related experience.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination.
• Familiarity with municipal water/wastewater equipment processes is a plus.
• Ability to read engineered specs, drawings, and P&IDs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multiple priorities.
• Experience tracking schedules, documentation, POs, and financials.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and PM software (MS Project/Planner).
• AutoCAD or similar drafting software is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments.
• Detail-oriented, independent, proactive problem-solver, deadline-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, documentation, and communication.
• Assist with planning by organizing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain contracts, submittals, OMs, change orders, notes, and files.
• Track budgets, POs, invoices, and other financials; report to PM.
• Prepare status reports highlighting schedule updates and risks.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate resources, and follow up on tasks.
• Support quality and compliance per company standards.
• Assist with project closeout and lessons learned.
