Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support project execution with coordination across departments and teams.
• Prepare correspondence, meeting invites, agendas, and minutes.
• Maintain project filing systems and current records.
• Coordinate drawings, specs, contracts, schedules, and updates.
• Assist startup, mobilization, and construction coordination activities.
• Maintain action logs, KPIs, and management reporting.
