Job summary

ISC Constructors, L.L.C. is seeking an Electrical Project Coordinator to support industrial electrical and instrumentation construction projects.

Responsible for document control, cost tracking, change-order preparation, material coordination, payroll processing, and project administration, coordinating with project managers and field teams. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree required in construction/related field.
• 2–3 years project coordination or controls experience.
• Experience in electrical/instrumentation environment preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and project docs.
• Strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day coordination and support to project managers.
• Maintain project documentation tracking and filing systems.
• Support document control, cost tracking, and change orders.
• Coordinate material releases and procurement with vendors.
• Assist with payroll data entry and project administration.
• Communicate with clients and field personnel to ensure timely info flow.
