Job summary

You will develop schedules, monitor progress, manage change notices, and maintain cost reporting systems while coordinating with field teams and stakeholders to minimize risks and conflicts. The position requires up to 5 years of relevant industrial experience.

Qualifications

• Scheduling and cost control experience in industrial projects.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with estimating construction projects and change notices.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analyses for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Monitor and update schedules through meetings and field verifications.
• Maintain change notice/change order management and support hearings.
• Develop and maintain cost systems, reconciliations, and cost reports.
• Prepare estimates for construction projects including change notices.
