Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Knowledge of company standards and good practices.
• Extreme attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analyses for contract packages to forecast construction activities and identify coordination issues.
• Monitor and update schedules via meetings, coordination interviews and field verification.
• Monitor and maintain the change notice/change order management system.
• Assist in weekly change notice hearings and change committee meetings.
• Develop estimates for construction projects including change notices.
• Develop and maintain cost system with reconciliations and cost reports.
