Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, finance, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, scheduling, or reporting.
• Experience with InEight or similar platforms, Primavera P6, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to present project data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Controls Manager and project team with cost, schedule, forecasting, and performance reporting, including integration of baselines within enterprise systems.
• Track project costs, labor hours, schedule updates, installed quantities, and progress for direct hire and subcontracted work.
• Maintain project controls systems and prepare weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, graphs, charts, and trend analysis for project and district leadership.
• Analyze performance against baseline cost and schedule plans, identify variances and risks, and support corrective action planning.
• Support schedule updates, critical path review, time impact analysis, change control, and evaluation of cost and schedule impacts from project changes.
