Job summary

Kiewit Industrial District is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead project controls on large, complex industrial projects. You will forecast, report, and drive performance visibility while building capable teams across cost, scheduling, and progress functions.

You will partner with district leadership to deliver data-driven decisions, implement controls systems, and ensure execution excellence in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Progressive project controls experience on large industrial/EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of integrated project controls systems and processes (InEight, Primavera P6).
• Experience with forecasting, earned value, change management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop project controls teams for large, advanced-technology and industrial projects (cost, scheduling, progress).
• Partner with project leadership to improve forecasting, reporting, and performance visibility.
• Build a high-performing team culture focused on accountability and execution.
• Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of project controls systems (InEight, Primavera P6).
• Integrate budget, quantities, labor hours, productivity, cost, and schedule data for forecasting.
