Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction/engineering scheduling with resource loading and WBS.
• Experience with design change impacts and critical path analysis.
• Familiar with Primavera P6 and EPC/industrial project environments.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of schedulers to support all sizes of engineering design and construction projects to ensure high quality schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, estimators, procurement staff, construction managers, contractors and other project services staff to provide detailed planning and scheduling from conceptual planning through engineering and construction.
• Develop resource loaded schedules, including lists of activities, milestones, critical approvals, long lead procurement items and other deliverables to be tracked.
• Develop schedule logic and constraints, realistic activity durations and available manpower and resources.
• Assess the impact of design changes and schedule slippages and inform management and clients of updates.
• Prepare standard progress reports for each assigned project.
• Coordinate the development, maintenance, and review of discipline and project schedules.
• Maintain documentation of all schedule submittals and related facts for time adjustments.
