Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Project Controls Manager based in Lenexa, KS, with travel to project sites across the U.S. The role leads analytics and insights for data-driven decisions, coordinating with engineering managers, project managers, and clients to ensure correct setup and maintenance of InEight, P6, and automated reporting.

The position requires 8+ years in business consulting/engineering/construction, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to travel for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations management to build relationships and establish effective controls.
• Perform analysis of auto reporting to pinpoint areas of improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Articulate and summarize information and results to management.
• Accountable for budgeted, actual and forecasted take-off quantities, manhours and dollars.
• Accountable for the preparation and completion of internal audits.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the project controls team.
• Represent Kiewit Project Controls in internal and external meetings – trainings, presentations to engineering partners, overviews to potential clients, etc.
