Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead controls on large, advanced technology and industrial projects. You will partner with district leadership to drive forecasting, reporting, and performance visibility while building high-performing teams.

The role emphasizes integration of cost, schedule, and progress data, with oversight of InEight and Primavera P6, and a focus on timely decision-making and executive reporting. Travel/relocation may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, finance, business, or related field.
Progressive project controls experience on large industrial or EPC projects.
Experience leading and developing project controls teams.
Knowledge of integrated project controls systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop project controls teams for large industrial and advanced technology projects.
Improve forecasting, reporting, and performance visibility with leadership.
Oversee implementation of project controls systems (InEight, Primavera P6) and reporting processes.
Integrate budget, quantities, progress, labor, and schedule data for forecasting and performance measurement.
Provide weekly and monthly executive reporting, dashboards, and trend analyses.
Lead schedule reviews, critical path analysis, and recovery planning.
Support change management and communication of trends to project leadership.
Foster alignment across estimating, engineering, procurement, construction, and business management.
