Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or related field.
• 0–3 years of financial/data analysis experience (entry level).
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook; experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP a plus.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship; internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and project accounting tasks.
• Assists with month-end close and prepares financial reports for project management.
• Works with cost and revenue components such as labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts.
• Maintains compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
• Collaborates with operations to forecast and budget for projects.
