Job summary

You will translate insights into innovative products, work with engineering and marketing, and prototype rapidly to test concepts with a focus on usability and manufacturability.

Requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Design with 4+ years in hard goods design, proficiency in SolidWorks/NX, and strong rendering skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Industrial Design required and Portfolio showing design thinking.
• 4+ years in industrial design with hard goods execution experience.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate consumer insights into new, user-focused products.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Create concepts, renders, and physical prototypes quickly.
• Prototype, test, and refine looks-like and functional models.
• Develop supplier relationships to accelerate implementation.
• Balance aesthetics with technical feasibility and manufacturability.
• Participate in brainstorms and integrate new capabilities including AI iterations.
• Maintain CAD version control and documentation per PLM.
