Job summary

RTX is seeking an Associate Director, Business for the Raytheon Capacity Growth Office and Digital Automation team. The role emphasizes driving operational excellence through digital transformation, analytics, and end-to-end value-stream optimization across manufacturing and supply chains.

Remote work with up to 50% travel to US sites is expected. The position requires senior expertise in capacity planning, digital twins, simulation, and analytics, plus the ability to secure a DoD TS/SCI

Qualifications

Experience leading digital transformations in manufacturing and supply chain environments.
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Capacity planning, digital twin technology, simulation modeling, and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain capacity models and real-time monitoring systems.
Build digital twins and simulation environments for scenario planning and decision-making.
Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Design end-to-end value streams and optimize workflows to improve throughput.
Collaborate with data teams to architect data pipelines, dashboards, and predictive models.
Implement advanced planning and scheduling tools to align demand, capacity, and resources.
Establish a control room/tower for real-time visibility across operations.
Lead NPI and expansion efforts for new products and site scaling.
