Job summary

RTX is seeking an Associate Director, Industrial & Process Engineering Digital Technology Leader to drive capacity growth and digital transformation across our end-to-end value stream. Based remotely in the US with travel to sites such as AZ, TX, MA, and AL, you will lead advanced analytics, digital twin initiatives, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and supply chain.

You will champion Lean and Six Sigma, design scalable capacity models, and partner with data teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital transformations in manufacturing and supply chain.
• Strong Lean/Six Sigma background with continuous improvement focus.
• Expertise in capacity planning, digital twins, modeling, and advanced analytics.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Capacity planning and monitoring with robust models and real-time dashboards.
• Develop digital twins, simulations for scenario planning and decision making.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and variability.
• Map end-to-end value streams and optimize flow and throughput.
• Collaborate with data teams to build data pipelines and predictive models.
• Implement advanced planning tools aligning demand, capacity, and resources.
• Establish a control room or control tower for real-time visibility.
• Support new product introductions and site expansions.
