RTX is seeking an Associate Director, Business within the Industrial & Process Engineering Digital Technology Leader group. The role focuses on driving operational excellence through digital transformation, capacity growth, and analytics across manufacturing and supply chain.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive leadership in manufacturing digital transformations.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
• Experience with capacity planning, digital twin, simulation, and analytics.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Capacity planning and monitoring; build robust models and real-time monitoring.
• Develop digital twins and simulations for scenario planning.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and variability.
• Design end-to-end value streams and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate on data pipelines and predictive analytics.
• Oversee advanced planning and scheduling to align demand and capacity.
• Develop control room capabilities for real-time visibility.
• Support new product introductions and site expansions.
