RTX is seeking a senior leader to develop and own the enterprise digital manufacturing strategy across our global operations. You will align with operations leadership and long-range roadmaps, driving value through I4.0 platforms, MES, IIoT, and automation.

In this hybrid role, you will build a high-performing team, standardize digital capabilities across sites, partner with cybersecurity, and report progress to executives, shaping the future of digital manufacturing in aerospace and defense.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience with 14+ years in manufacturing, or an advanced degree with 12+ years.
• Direct experience in Manufacturing.
• Experience in digital manufacturing, smart factory technology, automation, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the enterprise digital manufacturing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead selection and implementation of Industry 4.0 platforms and technologies.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, supply chain, and engineering to deploy factory solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers and specialists.
• Drive standardization and scalability of digital capabilities across sites.
• Oversee the digital factory roadmap and multi-year investment plan.
• Provide executive-level communication on progress and ROI.
• Partner with cybersecurity to ensure secure deployments.
