Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Industrial Engineer to lead process development and industrialization for new and existing products. You will design layouts, create process documentation, and support NPI through production implementation.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing/industrial engineering and experience with injection molding, SAP, and AutoCAD. Hybrid work in a global environment with cross-functional collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial engineering environments.
• Minimum 2 years supporting injection molding processes.
• Strong knowledge of process development and continuous improvement.
• Experience creating production layouts, process flows, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and industrialize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Design layouts, flow diagrams, and work instructions for production launches.
• Support NPI from concept to production implementation.
• Evaluate resources, equipment, and tooling to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage SAP structures and use AutoCAD for layouts and facility planning.
