Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the safe and efficient operation of a heavy industrial power-generation facility in Harrisburg, PA. You will supervise plant personnel, monitor boilers, turbines, and control systems, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and involves coordinating operations/maintenance, conducting rounds, and driving reliability and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of hands-on field-level supervisory experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with high-pressure boilers and electric-generating equipment.
• Detailed knowledge of steam-generating power plant operations, instrumentation, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant operation of a heavy industrial power-generation facility during a shift.
• Supervise plant personnel and oversee boilers, turbines, and related equipment.
• Coordinate operations and maintenance, ensure safety and environmental permits, and respond to emergencies.
