Job summary

HPI Real Estate Services & Investments seeks an Industrial General Manager to oversee a diverse real estate portfolio in Texas. You will lead property management, coordinate with clients, and manage budgets for operating and capital improvements.

The role requires 7+ years in property management with supervisory duties, strong communication, and CPM/RPA considerations. Travel between properties may be required; a strong team leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive property management experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• CPM, RPA designation (or in progress) preferred
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and computer literate
• Property operations for Class A office space oversight
• Budget management and partnership with internal finance teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations for assigned portfolio.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients, partners, and investors.
• Resolve property management issues and optimize financial performance.
• Supervise property management staff and third-party vendors.
• Maintain tenant relations and monitor lease expirations for retention.
