Job summary

Capstone Mechanical, LP. in Lumberton, NC is seeking a Foreman Plumber to lead installation, maintenance, inspection and repair of plumbing systems in commercial and industrial environments.

You will work with little supervision, evaluate equipment, troubleshoot, read blueprints, and coordinate with repair teams while prioritizing safety and quality. The role requires a high school diploma and at least five years of plumbing operation experience; strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years plumbing operation, maintenance and repair experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong communication with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and troubleshoot plumbing system equipment for safe operation.
• Lead team and coordinate installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Inspect systems and test for leaks and compliance with plans.
• Record faults and time/materials on work orders.
• Discuss heating/cooling malfunctions with customers and isolate issues.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work area clean.
• Assist with other repair and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Generate work orders addressing deficiencies.
