Job summary

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least five years of plumbing operation, maintenance and repair experience. You must read blueprints, use hand and power tools, and communicate clearly with team and customers.

- Five years of plumbing operation, maintenance and repair experience.
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Effective communication with internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot plumbing systems to ensure safe operation.
- Perform routine repairs on pumps, seals, bearings, and related components.
- Inspect systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications.
- Record faults and time spent on work orders.
- Install and connect pipes, valves and fixtures per blueprints.
- Coordinate with repair and maintenance teams as needed.
- Generate work orders for deficiencies.
- Ensure safety procedures and clean work area.
