Atlantic Constructors seeks a Plumbing Foreman to oversee day-to-day commercial plumbing on active projects. You will guide journeymen, mechanics and apprentices, ensure quality and client satisfaction, and work hands-on as a working foreman.

Candidates should have 5+ years in commercial plumbing, 2+ years as foreman, strong leadership, and ability to travel between job sites. OSHA 30 and related certifications are preferred. Visit acibuilds.com for more information.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing operations.
• 2+ years of experience as Plumbing Foreman, leading crews on heavy commercial projects.
• Extensive knowledge and direct experience with plumbing systems installation.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 8–10 personnel as Foreman.
• Able to multitask, work with minimal supervision, follow instructions, and solve problems.
• Must adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Must be available to report to multiple job sites as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Plan procedures for construction based on specs, BIM, schedule, and staffing.
• Assemble supervisory and support staff across a project.
• Direct plumbing foreman duties and hands-on tasks.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Attend job site and office meetings related to Foreman tasks.
• Oversee installation, modification, and repair of plumbing systems.
