Atlantic Constructors is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to manage day-to-day operations on commercial construction projects and guide a crew of journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices. The role ensures job quality and customer satisfaction with strong relationship building with clients and vendors.

The position combines supervisory duties with hands-on plumbing work, requiring 5+ years in commercial plumbing and 2+ years as a Foreman, with ability to travel to multiple job sites as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing operations.
• 2+ years of experience as Plumbing Foreman, leading crews on heavy commercial construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems installation.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams of 8–10 as Foreman.
• Ability to multi-task, follow instructions, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Plan procedures from specs, schedule, BIM/VDC docs and staffing.
• Assemble and coordinate project crew across disciplines.
• Direct working foreman to perform skilled plumbing tasks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers.
• Attend job-site and office meetings related to Foreman tasks.
• Oversee installation, modification, and repair of plumbing systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
