Reworld Waste is seeking a Back Plant Operator in the United States to oversee safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operations of industrial systems within our disposal process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational tasks and inspections using designated industrial equipment and tools.
• Complete routine equipment inspections and document details per procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report issues through work order processes.
• Execute weekly checks and checklist-based function tests.
• Adhere to lock-out/tag-out safety practices during maintenance.
• Perform additional duties to ensure safe, efficient facility operations.
