Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Back Plant Operator to oversee safe and efficient operations of industrial systems within our disposal process. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot equipment, and support maintenance teams on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and prior experience with heavy industrial equipment. Strong safety awareness and the ability to work in challenging environments are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience operating heavy industrial equipment is a must.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational tasks and inspections using designated industrial equipment and hand/power tools.
• Complete routine inspections and document details per facility procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report issues through defined work orders.
• Perform checks using weekly activity books and critical items checklist.
• Safely execute lock-out/tag-out processes in support of maintenance teams.
• Carry out additional duties to ensure safe, efficient operations.
